What the service is — and is not
DIRA is not a real-estate broker and does not provide brokerage services. The site provides information about the Beit Shemesh and Ramat Beit Shemesh real-estate market, and connects interested parties with a licensed agent. All actual brokerage work — showing properties, negotiating, signing agreements and accompanying a transaction — is performed by a licensed agent only, and under their responsibility.
The information here is not advice
The figures, ranges and estimates published on the site are gathered from public sources and from ongoing tracking of listings and market publications, and are presented for general information only. They do not constitute real-estate, financial, tax or legal advice, nor a formal appraisal, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for individual professional advice.
