This policy explains what information is collected on the DIRA Real Estate website (diraestate.com), what it is used for, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it — that is, when you fill in the contact form on the site. The fields are:
- Full name and phone number (required fields)
- What you are interested in — buying, selling or investing, and a preferred area
- Approximate budget and timeline (optional fields)
- The page the enquiry was sent from and the interface language — so we can reply in the right language and context
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, social-network pixels or any other tracking technology. The site does not build a profile of you and does not track you across websites.
What we use it for
The information is used solely to get back to you with an answer — by phone, WhatsApp or message — and to tailor relevant information about the Beit Shemesh real-estate market. We do not send general marketing mailings and we do not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
DIRA is an information and connection service — it is not a broker. When your enquiry requires actual brokerage work, we connect you with a licensed real-estate agent, and for that purpose the contact details you provided are passed to them. This transfer is made solely to handle your specific enquiry.
In addition, the information is stored and processed by the infrastructure providers we use:
- Google — enquiry details are stored in a secured Google Sheets file in our account.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and processes basic technical traffic data for security and availability.
- Google Fonts — the site's fonts load from Google's servers, so your IP address is exposed to them at load time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and to stay in touch with you. If you ask us to delete your details we will do so, except for information we are required by law to retain.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you, ask to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date, and ask to delete it. You may also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
To exercise any of these rights, or for any privacy question, contact us at info.diraestate@gmail.com. We will do our best to reply within a reasonable time.
Data security
The site is served over a secure protocol (HTTPS) and access to enquiry details is limited to those who need it in order to handle the enquiry. That said, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page, and the binding version is the one published on the site.
